Fantastic Pool Access and Excellent Staff!

I stayed in a fantastic room with direct access to the pool and I enjoyed the amazing experience. The hotel grounds are fine. They are beautifully designed, spacious, and well maintained. The beach is excellent with soft sand and very calm seas. The staff is excellent, very caring, professional, and.
The check-in experience could be improved. I found that the reception desk is in an open area. There is no air conditioning there. I would prefer a cooler environment after traveling.

The hotel staff is friendly. They offer special surprises for celebrating important dates such as engagement anniversaries. I noticed staff remembered guests' orders at the pool bar.

The outdoor spaces have tropical vegetation and are well maintained. The loop pool is also very nice and super relaxing. The Breeze restaurant on the beach provides amazing food and cocktails (the cocktails were delicious!).

The staff was very attentive, especially izy at reception and the level crew. sky, dew, lisa, queen, mamai, seen and keng. They remembered my name and drink preferences. the hotel grounds were super clean. It was clear that the team worked tirelessly to maintain this standard. the beach offers beautiful views, particularly from the level restaurant at sunset.

my beautiful room featured many amenities, including a minibar stocked with refreshing drinks. the bed was large and soft, inviting restful sleep each night. i found the separate seating area convenient. the bathroom included two sinks and provided ample counter space.

the level bar seemed a good idea. it really wasn't. the service was slow and repetitive. it also required full clothing and disallowed taking drinks to the pool. this made it a quiet, underused space.
